Best venues in London to get married
London has everything to offer when it comes to finding the perfect place to get married.
Some of the top London wedding venues I’ve had the pleasure of photographing include the Barbican Conservatory, Chiswick House, Asylum Chapel, Brunswick House, The Oriental Club, Kew Gardens, High Road House, Camden Town Hall, Dalston Roof Park, Chiswick Town Hall, London South Bank, Richmond Hill.
London is full of stunning wedding locations, such as ornate churches, historical registry offices (like Chelsea Registry Office, Camden Registry Office, Islington Town Hall), pubs that are hundreds of years old, modern skyscrapers like The Shard with breathtaking views over the capital, lush expansive green parklands like Hyde Park, Richmond Park, or Hampstead Heath, sophisticated and modern city clubs like Shoreditch House, and totally unique landmarks like Big Ben or The National Theatre … all which make for a totally unique wedding in the capital.
Some of the less well known places to get married in London are The Asylum Chapel (think vintage and atmospheric old weathered chapel in East London, decorated with hundreds of candles); and St Peter’s Church, a sacred and romantic Italian Church in Clerkenwell.
You can mix and match between your ceremony and reception to create a totally unique London wedding.
Wedding photographer based in London
I am a London wedding photographer, based in Richmond, London, and photograph weddings in London, across the UK, and destinations beyond. As someone who has called London home for 20 years, I am proud to have photographed so many London weddings.
As a top London wedding photographer, I have photographed weddings since 2013. Some of my London weddings have been featured in leading industry wedding blogs and magazines, including Rock My Wedding, Love My Dress, and Rock N Roll Bride.
My wedding couples choose me to work with them for:
my creative, candid documentary style of photography
my focus on capturing the stories of my London weddings through my pictures
how I work effectively with my London wedding couples: I am easy to work with, put my couples at ease, and am discreet and unobtrusive when shooting weddings
London weddings and engagements have been such an important part of my wedding photography journey, and I just love working with couples who want to get married in the capital city.
If you are looking for advice or guidance on London wedding venues, please say hello, I would be delighted to help you plan your London wedding.
